Higuericas Beach

Higuericas Beach is a new residential complex in Torre de la Horadada, only about 100 metres from the beach on the southern Costa Blanca. The homes are delivered as complete holiday homes: furniture, decoration, appliances, interior and exterior lighting, bathrooms with screens and backlit mirrors, air conditioning with heat pump and underfloor heating in the bathrooms are all included, together with an underground parking space and a storage room. Choose between ground floor homes with private gardens, first floor apartments with terraces, penthouses with large private solariums, or bungalows.
